La plataforma de DELSA nace como comunidad virtual dedicada a la promoción de habilidades y competencias digitales básicas para adultos con necesidad de mejorarlas.
La implicación de los socios externos es fundamental para aumentar el impacto y valor de DELSA. A aquellos que colaboren se les recompensará por su compromiso y contribución con una gran visibilidad en todas las actividades del proyecto (en particular en la diseminación), con acceso previo a los resultados del proyecto y con ser mencionados en la plataforma de recursos educativos en abierto.
