Digital Literacy –’The ability to use technology as a tool to research, organise, evaluate and communicate information, and the possession of a fundamental understanding of the ethical/legal issues surrounding the access and use of information.

•Digital Divide –Ireland : Has some of the highest levels of STE. (Science,Technologhy,Engineering & Mathematics) degree level graduates….yet the lowest levels of basic digital skills.
